Get ready to experience the most iconic tactical first-person shooter ever – on Quest and Pico standalone headsets. CSVR features multiplayer and single-player against bots!

This is a standalone port; a pc is only needed for installation. Tested on Quest 2/3/3s/Pro & Pico 3/4/4Ultra.

Install the APK with the installer below or with SideQuest, and copy your game files with it too (or by hand, see the installation guide).

Install from your browser

Over USB, for Meta Quest and Pico: installs CSVR and copies the cstrike and valve folders from your own Counter-Strike 1.6 to the headset. No SideQuest needed. Works in Chrome or Edge on a PC, Mac or Android phone.

The installer needs JavaScript. Use the download button instead.

First time? Before you start
  1. Turn on developer mode. Quest: Meta Horizon app on your phone → Devices → your headset → Headset settings → Developer mode. Pico: Settings → General → About → tap Software version 7 times, then Settings → Developer → turn on USB debugging.
  2. Connect the headset to this computer with a USB cable that carries data (not a charge-only cable).
  3. Close SideQuest and Meta Quest Developer Hub. If you use adb, run adb kill-server first: only one program can talk to the headset at a time.
  4. Windows: if the headset doesn't show up in the list, install the Meta Quest ADB driver.
  5. After pressing Connect, put on the headset and allow USB debugging for this computer.
